Cobra is a murdererous dentist with a convoluted backstory and many, many alternate versions of him across the universes. (Basically, they're Singularity's worst nightmare. Lol.)
They're also heavily based off of the song NOVOCAINE by Ghost and Creep-p, as evidenced by their dentistry and backstory.
